how do you work out the str cap of a mob please?

monsters md and also counts towards ma

can_escape
0 makes mobs melee mobs, 1-4 makes mobs ranged and fire various arrows, 5 makes mob ranged but without an arrow effect ie like spear.

move_speed
does not effect speed of monster u can always out walk a mob regardless of speed set not sure what it does not alot it seems

standing_time
every 1000 is equal to a second if its 5000 it will take 5 secs to mob to respond to been bowed at range or hit with spells outside of its sight. if u walk in its sight it disregards this and will attack you
setting this too high makes mobs incredibly dum notorious altered beast been dummest mob in soma also has way higher standing time of 8000

To make monsters stand still and passive on spawn useful for bosses that u dont want to go on a rampage set standing time to 10

sRangeRate
this is to do with how the mob reacts to been lured away from spawn and whether it will attempt to chase u down or ignore u and return, setting it to 0 basically makes mob passive just ignores u even if u stood next to it, setting to 100 makes it fight back ie 0 dumb 100 smart
should always be 100 imo i hate dum easily kited mobs ;p

sBackRate
is to do with how monster reacts to been lured away from its spawn location
100 makes it extremely keen to get back to were it spawned and will go directly back
0 makes it go on a more sightseeing route way back to spawn ;p
