Edit: What version of photoshop are you using? Also are you using the Windows 7 paint? (Probably makes no difference but useful to know :P)

I've tried it your way, and when I save it as 16bit in paint all the colours mess up and grey out and what not.

You don't save it as 16bit but 24bit. The converter will change it to 16bit. Will lose some colour if have like gradients etc, but got alot more to work with than 256.

Hmmmmm bit strange, even doing that the converter still crashes...

Update:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=el7w8mu_gwQ

3 New magics and some new sounds to go with them. I'm one spell from having 2 spells for each magic type (blue/black/white). In the video the spells are as follow:

1st - White: Heavenly Javellin (Mass Attack)
2nd - Black: Vortex (New sounds)
3rd - Blue: Spirit Wind (New sounds)
4th - White: Holy Ray (New sounds)
5th - Black: Inferno

still love the sound on the first one ha

The Holy Ray would be prefect for 'Cure posion' or something instead of a attcking skill

but very nice once again

Thought that you could introduce upgrades to the Heavenly Javelin (Spear of Justice sounds better ;p) level could be 1 javelin then upgrade 2 would be 2 javelins which attack slightly more monsters and so on.....

Agreed Holy Ray looks more like a healing type spell I like the look of it though would defiantly use them on my server if available

also reckon you could space the javelins out a little more so you can see them more defined also maybe timing between each one increased slightly? or have them come from different angles? would be a good twist xD

Incredible. They really do look like they fit in game. As Naruto pointed out, maybe some would be better off as passive spells but still, the fact that you created these from scratch and they fit in is amazing. I hope you are working or have considered working with Somadev. Your work belongs in a long term "officialish" server.
